We are pleased to offer this 352 acre ranch, located in northern Medina County.  The North Gate Ranch is approximately 12 miles north of Hondo, Texas, with access via a half-mile easement, from CR 232.  The property is gently rolling, with elevations from 1100’ to 1170’.  This ranch offers a good combination of native live oaks, cedar, persimmon, etc., in addition to areas that have been selectively cleared.

Vegetation on the North Gate Ranch consists of your standard Hill Country species, including live oaks, cedar, persimmon, mountain laurel, and agarita, with a scattering of mesquite trees.

Wildlife on the ranch includes white-tailed deer, hogs, and native predators, with a multitude of bird species.
